Tune Marschall is Partner in Quartz Strategy Consultants and Chairman of the Board

In Quartz Tune Marschall serves clients within the life sciences, health care, industrial, FMCG, retail and professional services sectors.
Tune has more than 11 years of management consulting experience with McKinsey & Company. In 1999 he was elected worldwide partner and held various leadership positions both in the European Health Care Practice and the European Retail Practice. He also was a driving force in building McKinsey's Business Technology Office in Scandinavia. At McKinsey, Tune served clients on a wide rage of strategic topics in many industries and across geographies. He has lived in Copenhagen, Paris and New York.
In December 2002, Tune left McKinsey to become CEO of Poalis A/S, a biotech startup, which was later sold. In 2007 Tune joined Quartz Strategy Consultants.
Tune earned his M.Sc. (Business Administration) from Copenhagen Business School in 1991. He also has completed management studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the United States.
Lars Bang is Executive Vice President, Supply Operations, Engineering & IT at Lundbeck

Lars Bang began his career at Lundbeck in 1988 as Trainee in R&D and was appointed Head of Department of R&D Planning and Economy later that year. He was subsequently appointed Divisional Director for Corporate Planning and Strategy in 1991, Managing Director at Lundbeck España S.A. in 1994, Senior Vice President, Supply Operations and Engineering in 1998, Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations in Europe & Overseas in 2000 and later Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing. In 2003 he was appointed Executive Vice President and member of the Board of Management in charge of Supply Operations, Engineering and IT.
Lars Bang is member of the board of Fertin Pharma A/S and DentoFit A/S.
Lars Bang obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark in 1987 and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the Copenhagen Business School in 1989.
Magnus Corfitzen is Investment Director in Sunstone Capital A/S

Magnus Corfitzen has worked in Life Science Ventures since late 2002. During this time he has been involved in numerous start-up companies, including deal structuring, financing and development strategy, management recruitment and board membership. Furthermore, Magnus has been responsible for improving deal flow as well as implementing new investment processes in Life Science Ventures.
He has a background as Portfolio Manager in Danske Capital, with the responsibility for all investments in publicly qouted biotech and medtech companies which was in excess of EUR 500 million. Prior to this Magnus served as consultant with McKinsey & Company which has added to his knowledge of strategic finance pertaining to companies within finance, venture and pharmaceutical companies.

Magnus obtained a Master in Mathematical Economics in 1999 which included studies at Harvard University.
Lisbeth Grønberg is Head of Director´s Office at Risø National Laboratory for Sustainable Energy, Technical University of Denmark
Lisbeth Grønberg has worked at Risø since 1976; for the first years focusing on contract law and since 1985 as Head of Director’s Office taking part in the executive work of the management and holding the post as secretary of the Board of Governors of Risø until Risø’s merger into the Technical University of Denmark in 2007.
She is chairman of the board of CAT Ejendomsselskab A/S. Furthermore she is Vice-chair of the Executive Committee of ”Fusion for Energy” in Barcelona. “Fusion for Energy” being the organization responsible for the European contribution to the global fusion energy project ITER to be built in France.
Lisbeth Grønberg holds a Master of Law degree from Aarhus University.
Jan Kolbye Jensen is Regional Director in Falck A/S.

Jan Kolbye graduated as a naval officer from the A.P. Møller / Maersk academy with a Master Mariner exam in 1986. After holding positions in sales and operations management in the shipping industry, he made a move into the medical device / pharmaceutical industry in 1990.
Starting here Jan Kolbye has gained practical and hands on business development experience from a small sucessfull start-up company (Nitram Dental A/S), which he headed as CEO from initial investment into final launch of products in Europe.
Jan Kolbye has also held executive sales and marketing positions for a number of global/ primarily US based medical device companies.
Until 2004 Jan Kolbye held a position as CEO for XO Care A/S - a dental company within the surgical field. Jan headed the midsize Danish family owned group of companies through a restructuring process, including acquisitions of foreign subsidiaries, renewal of product range by an extensive R&D project and extensive marketing projects across Europe as well as fund raising.
